Depuis plusieurs jours, les médias couvrent l’interdiction d’entrée au Canada faite à George Galloway, député britannique, par le ministère de l’immigration du Canada.

Dans cette émission de télévision, George Galloway est accusé par Meir Weinstein, directeur de la Jewish Defense League of Canada (JDL Canada), de soutenir des terroristes. Galloway se défend et Weinstein profère des menaces de surveillance par son groupe de tous ceux qui lui viendraient en aide.

Un point important: le FBI soutient que la Jewish Defense League (JDL USA) aux États-Unis est un organisme extrémiste violent et deux anciens membres de l’organisation ont été arrêtés en 2001 pour complot afin de commettre un attentat terroriste contre une mosquée de Culver City en Californie et le bureau d’une membre du congrès américain qui est libanaise-américaine. Après le suicide de l’un, l’autre accusé – Earl Krugel – a été condamné à 20 ans de prison.

Investigation by the Los Angeles JTTF revealed that Irving Rubin and Earl Krugel were active members of the Jewish Defense League (JDL), a known violent extremist Jewish Organization. A Cooperating Witness reported statements made by Rubin and Krugel indicating a plan to attack the Islamic Muslim Public Affairs Council (IMPAC) office in Los Angeles or possibly the California office of United States Congressman Darrell Issa. Statements made by Kruger indicated the motivation for the attack was to serve as a “wake up call” to the Muslim Community. Rubin and Krugel were arrested by members of the Los Angeles JTTF for conspiring to build and place an improvised explosive device at the IMPAC office. Irving Rubin committed suicide and Earl Krugel’s charges are pending.” tiré du site du FBI.

A Jewish Defense League member was sentenced Thursday to 20 years in prison for his role in a plot to bomb a mosque and a Lebanese-American congressman’s office.

During the hearing, Earl Krugel, 62, apologized and said he was a changed man.

But U.S. District Judge Ronald S.W. Lew described Krugel’s actions as “promoting hatred in the most vile way” and sentenced him to the maximum under Krugel’s plea agreement. Lew said Krugel had failed a polygraph test five times during the investigation.”

Le site web de la JDL Canada mentionne que le fondateur a ouvert des bureaux aux USA – la Jewish Defense League (JDL USA), et les deux organisations nomment le rabbin Meir Kahane comme étant leur fondateur:  ainsi il y a un lien entre les deux organisations.

Je trouve particulièrement troublant qu’une organisation canadienne (JDL Canada), qui a un lien avec une organisation américaine (JDL USA) dont un membre a été reconnu coupable de complot terroriste, ose accuser à son tour Geroge Galloway de soutenir des terroristes…
